Family Physicians’ Quality Interventions and Performance Improvement for Hypertension through Maintenance of Certification - American Board of Medical Specialties

This study evaluated hypertension performance in practice modules (PPMs) completed by family physicians as part of their Maintenance of Certification (MOC) programs from 2006-2013. Through the MOC program requirements, performance on quality measures improved the quality of patient care for the management of hypertension.
